NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Apocalypse Warehouse.

2. Prize

One (1) Sawyer Products SP129 Squeeze Water Filtration System with two (2) 32 oz squeeze pouches, drinking straw, and hydration pack adapter.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins August 31, 2026 at 5:00 AM UTC and ends October 1, 2026 at 4:59 AM UTC (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

Newsletter entry: Submit your first name, last name, email address, and state on the Giveaway page (or in the on-site entry form). Your entry is recorded immediately upon successful submission. Newsletter entrants are also subscribed to the Apocalypse Warehouse newsletter and may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry.

Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): No purchase or newsletter subscription is required. Visit the free entry page and submit your first name, last name, email address, state, and country. AMOE entries are recorded immediately upon successful submission and receive identical odds of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method. Duplicate submissions will not create additional entries. Entries submitted through automated means, scripts, or bots are void. Incomplete entries, entries containing false or inaccurate information, and entries submitted with an email address the entrant does not own or control are void. The email address submitted must be valid and monitored: it is the sole method of winner notification.

5. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 7, 2026 at 4:59 AM UTC. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner must confirm eligibility and identity as described in Section 7 before the prize is awarded.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond and claim the prize within 7 days of the notification date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, local, and other taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, the winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to publication of a limited identifier — first name, last initial, and state of residence — for the purpose of announcing the winner. Full email addresses are never published.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is used by the Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and, for newsletter entries, to send email updates you may unsubscribe from at any time. AMOE entrants are not subscribed to marketing email. Entry data — including IP address and timestamp — is retained for fraud prevention and record-keeping.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity.

12. Void Where Prohibited

This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or product manufacturer.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send an email to hello@apocalypsewarehouse.com with the Giveaway name in the subject line within thirty (30) days after the winner selection date.

14. Additional Terms

This Giveaway is a separate promotion from any prior Apocalypse Warehouse giveaway. Entry into a previous giveaway, and subscription to the Apocalypse Warehouse newsletter, do not constitute entry into this Giveaway. An entrant must submit a new, explicit entry during this Entry Period. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sawyer Products, Inc.
